The lowest reported price for the listed market, variety and date.
Modal price
The representative or most commonly reported market price when supplied by the source.
Maximum price
The highest reported price for the listed market, variety and date.
Update timing
Updates depend on when each source publishes fresh records. Some markets may report later than others or may not report every day.
